Peter is the principal of Growth International a company that assists companies to enhance competitive advantage and maximise value for all stakeholders. It aims to assist personal and corporate development through a balanced approach, specialising in two key dimensions of corporate governance: strong financial control and inspirational leadership. Key areas of work are: a) financial control and performance measurement systems which reflect key business processes; and b) leadership programmes to develop individuals and teams in organisations through experiential learning.

Peter Desmond has worked in the UK, South Africa and the Commonwealth. He also co-founded Infiniti Resources, which has a focus on IT and finance.
