TBPL provides advisory services in various areas of governance as dictated by the requirements of clients and the issues they face. Typical examples include:

• Dealing with day-to-day governance procedural and related issues such as the handling of conflicts of interest, evidencing compliance, financial monitoring regimes, capital raising concerns, and managing directors’ liabilities;

TBPL has specialised in providing advice at both the SME level – which has its own distinct and peculiar issues to consider, the public sector (State Owned Enterprises, Council Controlled Organisations in the local government arena) and not-for-profit organisational forms as well as standard corporate entities.
